"Working with Anjan really helped to draw out the true concerns and issues that needed tackling in our work practice and relationships.

Anjan's patience, non-judgemental and understanding approach helped us explore our different values and our strengths and weaknesses. His logic and rational direction pierced through difficulties we had been experiencing in a convincing, intelligent manner that made us feel secure enough to renew our interest in seeing new ways forward.

I will miss the discussions and the dissection of how things tick and those moments of fantastic realisation!"

Kath Martin, Targeted Adviser, Integrated Youth Support, Learning and Children's Service, The Royal Borough of Kingston, 2008-2009

"I have been involved with Dr Anjan Nath for several of the culture change management, professional stewardship and supervision sessions at Prospects and RBK. They have been very helpful to me.

Anjan has been very supportive to all of our team. He listens and supports and encourages us to talk about things that are worrying us. He helps us to make decisions and most importantly he praises us when we have worked well. He has helped us to put together our ideas and to act on our decisions. Furthermore, he has put forward our decisions and outcomes from meetings to our Lead Manager and he has encouraged us to ‘say out loud' what we are thinking. He has helped us through our transition from Prospects to RBK.

I am very grateful for all his support and am very sorry to see him go. I will miss him and the support and encouragement he has given me."

Yvonne Dunne, 2006-2009, Prospects and The Royal Borough of Kingston

"Anjan came to Wimbledon College at the start of term in 2005/2006. It was obvious from the start that he was keen to learn about all the workings of the School, the staff and the pupils. Referrals soon came in, numerous issues coming to light, and "our psychologist" was put to work.

The first year was a learning curve both for Anjan and myself as I had the experience and knowledge regarding the School and Anjan had the theoretical knowledge but had not practised in an educational setting. At the end of the first year, I asked with trepidation if there was a chance that the contract could be extended and was rewarded with not one but two more years! Anjan was regarded by all as another member of staff and the pupils were all aware of his presence in the School.

Over the course of three years, Anjan worked with a number of pupils, covered an array of concerns, and was a steadfast rock for some of the boys. A true professional in every sense of the word, a sensitive listening ear for the boys and staff, with a delightful sense of humour. His dedication to his work here in the School and in his studies deserved to be rewarded.

As a Jesuit School, the boys are encouraged to live up to the ideal of "Men for Others" and the School was very proud to have had the opportunity of helping Anjan to become Dr Nath and to know that so many more people will benefit from his dedication."

Francesca Mann, Inclusion Manager, Wimbledon College, 2005-2008
